This checklist is my clear and simplified overview of key ways to move great and feel great on a normal basis. I realize these actions are loaded with possibilities and I will be providing more direct ideas about each of them over the months to come.
You can use this checklist to see what areas you are excelling in already and as a guide to the next actions you can start focusing on to keep making progress!
My hope is that, by clarifying these key areas and actions, you can spend your time and energy focusing on improving these actions, rather than trying to figure out what will actually make a difference in the first place.
Through my Highly Impactful Actions Series (HIA Series), I will be expanding on each action to help you better understand why each of them are so impactful and offer different ways you can integrate them into your lifestyle.
